Getting Started with PeopleSafe

Follow these steps to set up your safety program and get your team trained in minutes.

1

Set Up Your Company Profile

After signing up, you'll be guided through onboarding. Add your company name, industry, and the number of workers you manage. This information helps PeopleSafe tailor safety content to your industry.

Tip: You can update your company profile at any time from Dashboard → Settings.

2

Add Your First Location

Go to Dashboard → Locations → Add Location. Enter the site name and address. Workers and incidents are organized by location, so this helps you track safety performance across job sites.

Tip: You can add multiple locations and assign workers to specific sites.

3

Invite Your Workers

Go to Dashboard → Workers → Add Worker. Enter each worker's name and mobile phone number. They'll receive an SMS with a registration link to join your safety program.

Tip: Use the bulk import feature to add many workers at once from a CSV file.

4

Workers Complete Registration

Each worker receives an SMS with a unique registration link. They tap the link, confirm their identity, and opt in to receive safety training messages. No app download or password is needed.

Tip: Workers who don't register within 3 days receive an automatic reminder.

5

Your First Quiz Dispatches Monday

Once workers are registered, they automatically receive their first weekly safety quiz the following Monday at 9 AM. Each quiz covers a different safety topic with 5 questions. Workers who don't complete get reminders on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Tip: You can preview quiz content in Dashboard → Training before it goes out.

6

Report Incidents as They Happen

Use Dashboard → Incidents → New Incident to log any workplace safety event. The form works on mobile devices so you can report from the field. If an incident is OSHA-recordable, it's automatically added to your OSHA 300 log.

Tip: Attach photos and GPS coordinates to incidents for thorough documentation.

7

Access OSHA Reports Anytime

Generate Form 300 (Log of Injuries), Form 300A (Annual Summary), and Form 301 (Individual Report) as PDFs at any time. Go to Dashboard → OSHA and click Download for the form you need.

Tip: OSHA requires Form 300A to be posted February 1 through April 30 each year.
